Der NORIES Masukuroto Rooney 2,8 g Blinker wurde speziell für die Angelei auf Forellen entwickelt. Ein besonderes Merkmal ist das Centre-Flat-Design, das den Wasserwiderstand auf die gesamte Fläche des Blinkers verteilt und bei langsamer sowie schneller Führung einen stabilen Lauf ermöglicht. Die NORIES Masukuroto Spoons sind so entworfen worden, dass die Form und das Gewicht optimal harmonieren und gezielte, weite Würfe mit den leichten Ködern ermöglichen. Der 2,8 g Masukuroto Rooney hat einen stabilen Lauf auch bei unterschiedlichen Strömungsverhältnissen. Durch Änderung der Einholgeschwindigkeit kann man den Lauf des Blinkers je nach Beißverhalten variieren. Er eignet sich vor allem zum Suchen von Forellen und um deren Aktivität zu bestimmen.
